The intercooler upgrade for the VW Golf Mk4 1.8T is constructed using a high-flow core to deliver greater efficiency and cooling performance.

The AIRTEC Front Mount Intercooler Kit includes these parts and features:

• Huge intercooler with 60 mm core and cast iron end tanks: less welding and a stronger intercooler
• High quality seamless 4/5 layer silicone hoses (red, black and blue), for better flow inside the hose, finished stainless steel Jubilee clips
• Stainless steel horn and ambient temperature support brackets with AIRTEC logo
• Retains the original crash bar, requires a small cut, detailed in the instructions
• Retain the original fog lights
• No cuts to the bumper
