INTERCOOLER TOYOTA YARIS GR WAGNER COMPETITION WITH TURBO CHARGE PIPE KIT

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new type of racing mesh (finned tube) with the dimensions
630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped net: 14, 36 litres), which was specially developed for the requirements of the Toyota GR Yaris. This high-performance network therefore offers a 24% larger inflow area and a 69% larger network volume compared to the original intercooler.

The die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations (for ideal internal air flow). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Additionally, the newly developed racing performance mesh ensures that adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still have sufficient airflow through the use of a specially crafted air baffle. So this kit is perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Assembly takes place at the original fixing points and is easy to carry out (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.

The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø60 mm. Therefore this kit contains reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum feeding and charging hose.
