TECHNICAL DATA

AIRTEC stage 3 is the only ready-to-use intercooler that uses a 100mm deep core with incredible cooling properties.

Each Stage 3 intercooler comes with a 70mm cold side pipe, if you have a large boost pipe kit fitted the hot side pipes will still fit.

Characteristics of Phase 3:

• Smooth flow curved end tanks, for that final flow
• Cold side intercooler terminal tank made with 70 mm outlet to match the throttle body outlet
• 70mm alloy/silicone cold side hose, if you have a large boost hose kit, the hot side hoses will still fit
• 100mm high flow central section
• Air-Ram Scoop, forces air directly into the intercooler core
• Assembly takes 2-3 hours maximum, removal of the bumper is NOT required
• BHP and torque increased

AIRTEC Stage3 intercooler – Maximum power 631.5 hp and torque 600.5 lbft:

• Run 1: air temperature in the intercooler at 166 degrees and air temperature outside the intercooler at 21 degrees
• Run 2: air temperatures in the intercooler at 167 degrees and air temperatures outside the intercooler at 22 degrees
• Run 3: air temperature in the intercooler 171 degrees and air temperature outside the intercooler 22 degrees
