The competitor intercooler has the following mains dimensions (620 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm) and therefore has 17.7 liters of external charge air volume (9 liters OEM). The newly developed competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fine) ensures the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still enough air flow and is also very light. The intercooler has a total weight of only 9.2 kg. The die-cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow with the help of CFD simulations. An air duct integrated into the terminal box allows for homogeneous filling of the competition""s high-performance network. The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø 70mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses.

Overall, this intercooler has much lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance.

The assembly takes place by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to carry out. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
