This BigPack Kit includes both the high-performance do88 intercooler and the increased hose routing kit.

This kit is for you who have high power lenses and want to upgrade to the absolute best! Simply switching to our high performance intercooler is a big improvement, coupled with our pressure hose kit the improvement is huge! Our pressure hoses have considerably better airflow than stock hoses, verified by extensive testing both in the car and on our SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.

– The hose has a connection for methanol injection (1/8 -27 NPT). In this regard, the tube is supplied with a closing cap.

The BigPack includes an all-aluminum high-performance intercooler and a complete kit of 2.5"" hoses and silicone hoses. This BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, hence the dramatic improvement in airflow and cooling performance.

The do88 high performance intercooler is an entirely aluminum structure. With CAD-designed flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design, it achieves the best possible cooling efficiency combined with the lowest possible pressure drop!

The hoses are made of 2.5"" mandrel bent seamless aluminum. High quality custom made silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can withstand very high temperatures and pressures!

Always remember that the OE intercooler was designed for the power level the car was originally built for. An increase in power or even very intense use of the car in the standard version can cause the OE intercooler to not have the necessary performance. So only after a fine-tuning of the engine software, the do88 BigPack will offer an increase in performance compared to the OE intercooler!

A common misconception is that an intercooler installed in this location cannot provide good performance and that a front-mounted intercooler/FMIC would be much better. But in reality the do88 BigPack is far better than most FMIC installations where you can only install a core with a small front surface area, partially behind the bumper beam, which will further reduce the cooling capacity and often results in worse cooling capacities than the OE intercooler.
