This intercooler is built to offer the best cooling efficiency in difficult conditions. Made exclusively from aluminum with continuous welding, it guarantees reliability and resistance when you really need it. The increase in internal volume improves cooling efficiency and lowers the temperature of the intake air. Of course, as this is a do88 performance product, we have performed extensive, severe and continuous testing while developing this product to ensure the best performance. No compromise was reached. This intercooler is immensely optimized for the given space for easy mounting.

The increase in core volume by 75% is an achievement we are proud of. It""s a notable difference. Noticeable, to put it mildly. The engine pulls better at all speeds and tolerates repeated full throttle revs without accumulating heat. The perception that an intercooler is something to be upgraded only after a major engine tune-up is false, but widely held among customers and drivers. During hot Swedish summer days, during repeated pushing, inspired driving, or even ordinary driving in a warmer climate zone, it does not take excessive effort on the part of the engine to generate dangerously high inlet temperatures, even on a standard, untuned, car engine. The cooling capacity with an OEM intercooler is in many cases less, which will affect the power consumption. The heat must be eliminated, otherwise the promised production will decrease when you start supplying gas.
