AIRTEC VAG 2.0 TFSI EA113 / 2.0 TSI EA888 COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT (Gen1)

As part of our expanding range of Audi, SEAT, Skoda and VW TFSI products, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our intercooler upgrade to deliver improved performance through reduced charge temperatures compared to the original intercooler. This is especially important for remapped examples.

Our solution to replace and improve the extremely restrictive OEM dual intercooler setup and long piping within the confines behind the bumper assembly is based on a high-flow, single-pass core design that is wider, taller and deeper than stock. This offers a massive increase in frontal area and a huge increase in capacity, allowing it to make the most of the airflow provided.

Despite this improvement, the kit fits perfectly to the original bumper, requires no finishing or cutting and can be brought back to standard without problems. The complete mounting kit includes all the correct devices and accessories.

The intercooler is available in a Pro-Series Black finish (with or without the AIRTEC logo).

DYNO TESTED
Road tested – on Golf Mk5 GTI 2.0 TFSI 200ps with a Stage 1 remap. Data collected was before and after intake temperatures and power increases.
