The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new racing mesh (tubular fin) with the dimensions 670 mm x 183.4 mm x 125 mm (15.4 liters), which was specially developed for the requirements of the Honda Civic Type R FK8. This high-performance network offers 91% greater inflow area and 140% greater network volume than the original intercooler.

The die-cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations (for ideal internal air flow). An integrated air baffle inside the radiator inlet ensures that the intercooler is filled evenly. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Furthermore, the newly developed racing performance mesh provides adjacent components, such as the water cooler, with sufficient airflow through the use of a specially made air deflector and is also very light. So this kit is perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, ensuring a permanent and optimal cooling effect. Assembly takes place at the original fixing points and is easy to carry out (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
