The high-performance intercooler has the following mains dimensions (650 mm x 175 mm x 110 mm) and therefore offers a 23% larger inflow surface area and a 101% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh ensures adjacent components, such as the water cooler, sufficient air flow and is also very light. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized by flow analysis in the CAD system. With the help of the air deflectors integrated into the inlet, the intercooler is filled evenly. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. So this kit is perfect for racing. Assembly takes place at the original fixing points and is easy to carry out (1:1 change).
