200001090 – Ford Focus RS MK3 competition intercooler kit

The competitive high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions (630 mm x 215 mm x 125 mm = 16,931 cm³) and thus offers a 10% larger inflow area and 72% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed racing performance mesh is very light, so the complete intercooler weighs just 9.2kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized by flow analysis in the CAD system. With the help of the air deflectors integrated into the inlet, the intercooler is filled evenly. The inlet and outlet connection diameters have been expanded to 70 mm. Therefore the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. So this kit is perfect for racing. Assembly takes place at the original fixing points and is easy to carry out (1:1 change). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
