200001028 – High performance intercooler kit fits the following vehicles:

Ford Focus RS MK2 2009-2010
Ford Focus RS 500 MK2 2009-2010

The high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions (730 mm x 300 mm x 70 mm = 15.3 litres) and therefore offers a 100% larger inflow surface and a 125% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high-performance mesh offers excellent cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 10.7 kg. Free-form cast aluminum end boxes developed in CAD for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, these intercoolers have lower backpressure than the standard cooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready to install kit, simply replace with a standard intercooler. Tested up to 6 bar and stable at pressure.
