Designed for the Fiat 500 Abarth T-jet, a front mount intercooler with all associated hoses, pipes and fittings, replacing existing side intercoolers. This unit was developed to suit those running standard turbos and ECU software (standard vehicle +10 hp, torque +10 ft/lbs) and also those with larger turbo conversions.

While the factory setup using the two intercoolers in parallel is reasonably efficient, removing the long runs of small diameter piping quickly lowers the resistance of the circuit, allowing you to benefit from the true capabilities of the turbocharger. Our development engineers managed to increase the surface area of ​​the intercooler by 100% and also increase the volume by 22%.

This improvement, along with the placement of the intercooler at the front of the vehicle to maximize airflow and cooling efficiency, we really have a winner!
