Description

As part of the expansion of the Peugeot product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch the intercooler upgrade for the 308 GTi, suitable for track or fast road use.

In order to ensure there is no noticeable loss of performance during long periods of hard driving on the road or track, we have developed a larger, smoother intercooler that is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item.

Our solution to increase the size and performance of the intercooler is based on our stepped design to make the most of the limited space available behind the bumper. The new core design is significantly deeper, which offers a huge 78% increase in overall capacity compared to the original intercooler. It also offers a 16% increase in frontal surface area compared to the standard, which allows it to make the most of the airflow provided.

Together with our high-flow molded one-piece cast end tanks to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume than standard.

Despite this improvement, the kit fits perfectly behind the original bumper and requires no trimming or cutting, so can be brought back to standard without any problems. Complete mounting kit includes all correct fixtures and fittings, detailed instructions.

The intercooler is available in a Pro-Series Black finish (with or without the AIRTEC logo).
