1.8T 20V Bolt on Kit for K04-064 TFSI turbocharger BAR-TEK

This kit allows you to run the K04-064 turbocharger from 2.0 TFSI on your 1.8T engine. Thanks to the TFSI integral charger, you have the advantage that the manifold and turbo are one component. This means that leakage problems or loose screw connections are a thing of the past. The plain bearings of the 064 turbos are significantly less prone to wear than the ball bearings of Garret or EFR turbochargers. The downmount manifold means that no heat is reflected onto the turbo as it hangs below the manifold. Internal wastgates & ready-mounted actuators save a lot of money and nerves, as there is no need to build your own bracket, as is often the case with top-mount manifolds with Garrett and EFR, for example. The original engine compartment look is retained. As the intake pipe even fits under the engine cover, there is nothing to suggest a conversion.
