200001019 – The revised Competition Gen.2 EVO1 intercooler kit for Audi TTRS 8J and RS3 8P 2,5TFSI.

The high-performance intercooler has the following external network dimensions (535 mm x 160 mm x 110 mm) and therefore offers 40% more charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed racing performance mesh offers maximum cooling properties based on the latest tube fin technology. The weight of the intercooler is 6.7 kg. Free-form cast aluminum end boxes, developed in CAD, for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has much lower back pressure than the stock cooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Assembly takes place by replacing the OEM intercooler – plug & play – the original intercooler can still be used.
