AIRTEC MOTORSPORT INTERCOOLER – MINI COOPER S GP3

As part of the expanding Mini product range, AIRTEC Motorsport launches the intercooler upgrade suitable for track or road use.

To ensure there is no noticeable loss of performance during long periods of hard driving, a larger, smoother intercooler has been developed as a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item.

The solution to increase the size and performance of the intercooler, within the constraints of the limited space behind the bumper, is based on a single-pass stepped core design. This offers a huge increase in overall capacity compared to the original intercooler, as well as a notable increase in frontal area compared to the standard, which allows it to make the most of the airflow provided.

Along with high-flow molded one-piece cast end tanks and an internal air diverter to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume than standard.
