As part of the Fiesta Mk8 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport launches the Stage 2 intercooler kit for the ST-200 suitable for track or fast road use.

A larger, smoother intercooler that directly replaces the smaller, more restrictive OEM item.

By placing it between the Stage 1 and Stage 3 solutions, the size and performance of the mid-range intercooler has been increased within the confines of the limited space behind the bumper, based on a much higher central design. This offers a huge increase in overall capacity compared to the original intercooler, as well as a huge increase in frontal area compared to standard, allowing it to make the most of the airflow provided.

Together with one-piece cast end tanks, molded at high flow to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume than standard.

Available in a high quality black powder coated finish, the complete kit is a direct replacement and attaches to the original boost hoses and clips. It comes complete with all accessories, as well as detailed assembly instructions.

TRACK TESTED
Stage 1, 2 and 3 intercoolers were tested back-to-back at the Brands Hatch circuit to see how the levels compare to each other. As expected, Stage 2 offered significantly better gains than Stage 1 due to its much larger core, but could not match the prowess of Stage 3.
