TECHNICAL DATA

As part of the expanding Fiesta product range, AIRTEC Motorsport launches the intercooler upgrade to offer greater performance thanks to reduced charging temperatures compared to the original intercooler. This is especially important for remapped examples.

The solution to improve the OEM intercooler, installed within the confines behind the bumper assembly, is based on a high-flow dual-pass core design: wider, taller and deeper than the original. This offers a massive increase in frontal area and a huge increase in capacity, allowing it to make the most of the airflow provided.

Despite this improvement, the kit fits perfectly behind the original bumper and only requires a small refinement to the lower section of the grille and can be brought back to standard without any problems. The complete mounting kit includes all necessary accessories.

The intercooler is available in a black Pro series (with or without the AIRTEC logo).

The AIRTEC intercooler fits 100 HP/125 HP/135 HP and 140 HP models

Tested on Collins Performance road rolling – average charge temperature recorded based on three consecutive runs:
