the small spaces available in these cars do not allow the adoption of a Wastegate with the appropriate diameter. which would be able to control the exhaust back pressures and at the same time manage the supercharging control pressure. some Wastegate brands and manufacturers supply this valve with interchangeable springs, delegating the installer to the burdensome and annoying task of choosing between two probable options: the first, that of having good pressure at the top, but with exaggerated and dangerous pressure peaks at medium speeds. (unmanageable through ECU mapping) the second is a compromise to contain the pressure peaks at medium rpm, but always with a pressure drop at high rpm. (even if to a lesser extent, but very evident.)( I deliberately left out the third option, which would be that of the weakest spring, or the return to the original waste but this would inevitably lead to a pressure drop at high rpm.) all this extricating itself between mapping and replacing springs. with the consequent loss of time and costs that follow. Proprosito we have developed a new technology capable of 100% control and management of both problems. From here comes a new generation of Wastegate: completely plug and play and does not require any modification for installation. No tests and attempts are needed to adjust the control rod. The control rod will be adjusted exactly like the original. The peak and constant turbine pressure adjustment will be 100% settable from the map without any replacement of springs or inappropriate adjustments. No membrane subject to probable breakage. All in aluminum automotive heat and flow treated with internal and external Teflon hardening surface treatment.
