In these engines, raising the supercharging pressure through reprogramming of the control unit (or other ways) increases the temperatures of the compressed air by several degrees. This is to the detriment of the integrity of the by-pass (pop-off) valve which, being subjected to high temperatures, deforms, in several cases leading to melting of the air sealing piston. This problem led us to create a new completely plug and play by-pass valve. Same connection system, same dimensions and same electrical wiring. Made with highly technological materials, it allows us to withstand temperatures of over 230° and pressures over 3.5 bar.
