Our IS38 replacement turbocharger can be installed on 2015+ MQB vehicles as a direct replacement for the IS38 turbo; or as an upgrade to IS12 and IS20.
Please note that you need to use appropriate tuning software when upgrading from a smaller turbo - check with your tuning software supplier. Any IS38 software is compatible.
In case of an upgrade, the CTS Turbo downpipe and intercooler are recommended.

The installation is a drop-in replacement of the factory turbo, using all OEM gaskets and hardware. Simply transfer your diverter valve or BOV and wastegate actuator (not included).

NOTE: Always follow the correct procedure for checking/adjusting the wastegate actuator when installing the turbo! Always change the engine oil and prime the turbocharger before starting. Professional installation recommended.
