200001024 – EVO 2 intercooler upgrade kit for Audi TTRS 8J

The high-performance intercooler has the following mains dimensions (535 mm x 260 mm x 95 mm) and thus offers a 62.5% larger inflow surface area and a 94% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The newly developed racing performance mesh ensures that adjacent components, such as the water cooler, have sufficient airflow and is also very light. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized by flow analysis in the CAD system. This intercooler has excellent cooling properties and is perfect for racing. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs less than 10kg. Assembly takes place at the original fixing points and is easy to carry out (1:1 change).
