AIRTEC MOTORSPORT INTERCOOLER – AUDI TTRS 8S STAGE 3

Stage 3 front-mount intercooler kit with integrated crash bar (replaces the standard crash bar) for Audi TTRS 8S: maximum level of cooling efficiency, power and performance for use on the track or on fast roads.

The finished design features 70mm inlets and outlets that flow freely through custom end tanks in a 100mm to 50mm deep single-pass core. By integrating the crash bar into the design, the intercooler takes full advantage of the entire front grille area of ​​the vehicle while maintaining the towing eye feature.

It therefore offers a huge 125% increase in surface area and a 108% increase in volume over standard with radically reduced charging temperatures, which is suitable for highly modified examples with higher boost pressures and capable of supporting over 500 HP.

It fits perfectly behind the original bumper, however you will need to cut and trim it to fit. The complete kit includes the final AIRTEC Motorsport CAD designed tanks, laser cut brackets and all accessories.

Its proven cooling efficiency makes it an essential modification for all modified Audi TTRS 8S.
