AIRTEC MOTORSPORT INTERCOOLER – HYUNDAI I30N

As part of Hyundai""s expanding product range, AIRTEC Motorsport launches the intercooler upgrade for the i30N (2017-2021) suitable for track or street use.

To ensure there is no noticeable loss of performance during long periods of hard driving, a larger, smoother intercooler has been developed as a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item.

The solution to increase the size and performance of the intercooler, within the limits of the limited space behind the bumper, is based on a radiator core design with greater depth. This offers an increase in overall capacity compared to the original intercooler, as well as a substantial increase in frontal area compared to the standard, which allows it to make the most of the airflow provided.

Together with high-flow molded one-piece cast end tanks to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume than standard.

With a cold side of 70 mm, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler is the largest on the current market for the Hyundai i30N!

It adapts perfectly to the original bumper and requires no finishing or cutting. The complete assembly kit includes all necessary fixtures and accessories, step by step instructions with pictures, new Pro Hoses silicone tubing and should take approximately 3 hours to complete.

The intercooler is available in Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo and glossy black Pro silicone hoses.
