TECHNICAL DATA

As part of the expanding Fiesta ST180 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport launches the Stage 1 intercooler upgrade suitable for track or road use.

To ensure there is no noticeable loss of performance during long periods of hard driving, a larger, smoother intercooler has been developed as a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item.

DYNO TESTED

Standard intercooler:

• Run 1 Intake temp turbo into the intercooler 140 – out of the intercooler into the engine 85
• Run 2 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 131 – out of intercooler into engine 92
• Run 3 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 140 – out of intercooler into engine 97

AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler:

• Run 1 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 140 – out of intercooler into engine 31
• Run 2 Intake temp turbo in the intercooler 150 – from the intercooler to the engine 38
• Run 3 Intake temp turbo in the intercooler 152 – from the intercooler to the engine 39
