AIRTEC Motorsport Big Turbo Cast Exhaust Manifold and Downpipe Package for Mk2 Focus ST and RS

Our cast iron manifold offers a simple solution to allow the installation of a large turbo upgrade on a Mk2 Focus ST and RS five-cylinder engine (also compatible with the Volvo C30 T5 engine).

We developed this design several years ago and since then it has proven itself time and time again to be a reliable, free-flowing collector, thanks to its durable construction that ensures it won""t break down over time, regardless of the amount of heat cycling.

It has also been shown to reach 550hp without any problems and is fitted with a T3 flange, making it compatible with a wide range of turbos, including the popular GT30/GTX range (with T3 four-bolt flange fittings). An external wastegate flange suitable for a 38mm two-bolt wastegate is also available.

We also offer the option to add our 3? exhaust pipe? Matching, which is constructed of stainless steel, features an external wastegate vent pipe that runs back into the exhaust pipe to reduce noise and matches any aftermarket exhaust system and, in doing so, offers a simple solution for a bolt-on upgrade.
