As part of our expanding Mk4 Focus platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our boost pipe kit for the ST suitable for track or fast road use.
Developed in-house at AIRTEC""s UK headquarters, we have created a complete solution to enhance the car""s original piping to allow greater flow and capacity, whilst reducing restrictions and improving response.
The complete 11-piece kit consists of three hoses constructed from lightweight aluminum for added strength so they won""t break under higher boost pressure, six Pro Hose silicone joints, and two CNC-machined connectors to make assembly as easy as possible.
On the hot side coming from the turbo, the stock tubing is 55mm and has a recessed section that restricts flow, while our enlarged replacement kit features an internal diameter of 60mm end to end with no restrictions.
For the cold side of the throttle body, the stock piping starts at 55mm and tapers to 63mm in diameter, but our replacement features a 63mm internal diameter, increasing both flow and capacity.
The kit requires no further drilling or cutting to fit and comes complete with all the correct fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed instructions.
A must for any modified Mk4 ST to help improve the flow and efficiency of the boost piping.
