As part of our expanding Yaris GR product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our major boost pipe kit upgrade suitable for track or fast road use.

A direct replacement kit that offers an increase in performance and response, the widened boost tube kit features a smoother design with a larger internal diameter on both the hot and cold sides.

Our complete eight-piece kit starts with a slight taper from the 40mm turbo outlet that increases by 25% to reach 50mm when it meets the inlet side of the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler.

Hot Side From the 60mm outlet side of the intercooler, the piping tapers downwards to accommodate the 49.5mm throttle body dimensions, maintaining a minimum of 53mm when it reaches the new cast aluminum throttle body elbow. In doing so, it offers up to a 39% increase in internal diameter during the most restrictive part of the OEM piping (38 mm) just before the throttle body elbow.

The increased overall internal volume and improved design help reduce restrictions and improve flow from the turbo to the intake, increasing power and response.

Made from high quality aluminium, the kit includes a revised throttle body elbow, a set of high quality silicone connectors and all piping is finished in powder coated black for a subtle OEM+ look.

The installation package includes all fixtures and accessories and detailed instructions.
