This high performance intercooler was developed by do88 to replace the original / OEM intercooler and provides a true performance upgrade without the need to rebuild the entire car!

The do88 high performance intercooler is an all-aluminum construction with CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and optimized core design to achieve the best possible cooling efficiency combined with the lowest possible pressure drop!

Always remember that the OEM intercooler was designed for the power level the car was built for and an increase in power, or even very hard use of the car, in a standard version can cause the OEM intercooler to not be able to deliver the performance you desire. So, only after an engine software tune will the do88 high performance intercooler increase performance over the OEM intercooler! The OEM intercooler has plastic reservoirs that don't hold up very well to higher boost levels, so the do88 performance intercooler will also add reliability!

The do88 performance intercooler has 2.5" (63 mm) hose connections instead of the 2.25" (57 mm) like the OEM intercooler. Two silicone hoses are included to replace the OEM inlet and outlet intercooler hoses.

The do88 performance intercooler comes with all the necessary installation hardware. This intercooler obviously has all the brackets for the radiator, AC condenser, and air guide. An installation instruction, based on the Saab 9-3, is included for guidance.
