Balance

Precise balancing of our turbochargers is a key critical factor in becoming a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are key. A good balance also improves acoustics. Subsequently, great attention is paid to all TTE turbochargers to achieve our balancing standards. First the parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2800 rpm on multiple planes using our single parts machine, then the components are assembled and then the CHRA is dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application up to 250,000 rpm on multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to acquire maximum balance, to a standard far superior to the OEM. Each turbocharger comes with a serial numbered balance test result document.
