Electro-pneumatic pop-off valve.
Unlike the pneumatically controlled valve, this model represents the evolution both in terms of the sound (the air puff) and the operating speed. The air part is always the same as the previous model. The important change is given by the drive system. While previously in our valve and in all existing valves on the market the control was pneumatic with the relative delays, now it is electric so there is zero delay. With a consequent increase in the quantity of air to be discharged and consequently a high level of noise. Furthermore, opening and closing that exactly follow the driving style, without imposing unpleasant and inappropriate delay situations.
For completeness of information, know that when we talk about electric or pneumatic valves we always mean valves with the exact same functions. The differences concern only and exclusively the opening command. In the electric one there is a magnet which, when excited by the passage of current, pulls a shutter which in turn opens an orifice through which the air to be discharged will then pass. In the pneumatic one, the opening and closing command is given by a small tube which must carry pressure and depression to fill or empty a chamber, with either a membrane or a piston inside it. In the pressure phase, the force applied to the face of the piston or diaphragm keeps it pushed downwards, closing the exhaust orifice. While in the depression phase, a negative force will be applied to the face of the piston or diaphragm which will pull upwards, thus freeing the orifice below and discharging air.
Having said this, anyone will be able to understand for themselves that the speed of electrical execution is significantly higher than that of air. The kit consists of a pop off valve, control unit, wiring, assembly templates and instructions with photos.
