The Over Range is also renewed: new variator!
This new system is based on the new Multivar
MHR Next variator, which, combined with the other components, allows you to
achieve truly unique performances!
The torque driver (mobile pulley) has a larger diameter
than the original and, with its technological characteristics
absolutely cutting-edge, it allows you to obtain a transmission ratio excursion that is significantly higher than the original
pulley.
Malossi technicians have taken care of the creation of this pulley down to the smallest detail, using special materials and a particular
thermochemical treatment which gives it very high resistance
to wear and high mechanical resistance.
Complete the OVER RANGE the fixed half-pulley with
diamond processing on the sliding surface of the belt and with
recalculated angle to further increase the shifting range.
Finally, for the complete completion of the OVER RANGE system,
the torsion controller is provided.
