TORQUE DRIVER

The Malossi mobile driven half-pulley is born from the many years of experience
of our racing department and is built by us with the best special
nitriding steels in order to guarantee considerable durability over
time.
This component is called a torque corrector due to its function
specific to determine the precise moment of shifting, it was calculated
to give the vehicle the maximum possible acceleration, in relation
to the specific power of each individual engine.
The particular shape of the spiral was developed to keep
the number of engine revolutions fixed at the point of maximum power. It was created
expressly to complete the development of vehicles enhanced with our
thermal units, our variators and the special Kevlar® belts
-Malossi K Belt- allowing you to fully exploit the considerable torque and
power of your vehicles. The new Malossi mobile driven half-pulley guarantees, on enhanced vehicles, exceptional acceleration and a very progressive and fluid delivery of torque to the wheel. The tracks
present on the Malossi mobile driven half-pulley have been studied and
designed on CAD-CAM systems and manufactured on
numerical control (C.N.) machine tools to guarantee complete interchangeability with
the original and very high precision of construction. This new
Malossi product is a condensation of the best technology possible today.
