The high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions (300 mm x 222 mm x 125 mm) = 7.7 l and therefore offers a 16% larger inflow surface area and a 113% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler.

The newly developed high-performance racing mesh is very light, so the complete intercooler weighs just 5.5 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system. With the help of the air deflectors integrated into the inlet, the intercooler is filled evenly. The original snap connections have been eliminated and the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet has been expanded to Ø60mm. Therefore the kit contains two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Therefore, this kit is suitable for racing.

In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a noticeable increase in performance

The assembly is carried out at the original fixing points and is easy to carry out (1: 1 change). All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
