ALFA ROMEO GIULIA TTE7XX UPGRADE TURBOCHARGERS

Introducing our TTE7XX turbochargers for the best combination of power, super-fast response and easy Plug&Play mounting. Our first step upgrade uses the stock turbocharger for increased flow and power. The TTE7XX Performance turbocharger can produce up to 700PS with the correct surrounding support hardware.

To build a TTE7XX we change the original compressors and use a wheel made from the larger and more efficient nozzle and mill the compressor cover to the optimal space to adapt it to the new profile of the compressor. We replace the original turbine and CNC mill the turbine housing to install a larger 8-blade turbine for increased gas flow. We also replace the original thrust bearing for the TTE 360 deg upgrade which is made in-house.

The 8-blade TTE turbine is a special turbine. The benefits are increased gas flow, reduced back pressure and lower exhaust gas temperatures, allowing for safer higher boost levels.

Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor in becoming a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are key. A good balance also improves acoustics. Subsequently, great attention is paid with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly the parts are balanced at low speeds up to 2800 RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then the components are assembled and then the CHRA is dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to acquire maximum balance, to a standard much higher than the OEM. Each turbocharger comes with a serially numbered scale test result document.
