200001113 – EVO3 competition intercooler kit for BMW E82 E90

The high-performance intercooler has the network dimensions 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm (20.65 l stepped) and therefore offers a 162% larger inflow area and a 182% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high performance competition net is a high quality tubular fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning levels of the BMW 135i and 335i. The original snap connections have been eliminated and the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet has been expanded to Ø70mm. Therefore the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready to install kit, simply replace with a standard intercooler – due to extreme dimensions, minor modifications to the cooler mount are required. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable.
