The high-performance intercooler has the following mains dimensions (520x215x145 / 13,840 cm stepped / OEM 510x130x110 mm, 7,293 cm³) and thus offers a 68% larger inflow surface area and a 90% larger charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The High Performance Competition Net is a high quality tubular fin net with internal scoops. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 8.6 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. The EVO 2 intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of the BMW 135i and 335i. Overall, this intercooler has much lower back pressure than the standard intercooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready to install kit, simply replace with a standard intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
