200001023 – The EVO 1 intercooler has the following network dimensions (520x210x130 / 11,750 cm³ stepped) and therefore offers an inflow surface area that is 85% larger and a charge air volume that is 60% larger than the original intercooler. The high-performance mesh is a high-quality bar and plate mesh with excellent cooling properties. Due to the high material content, the Performance version has a weight of 9.0 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. The EVO 1 intercooler kit is suitable for the first performance levels of BMW 35i engines. This intercooler causes less back pressure than the standard intercooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready to install kit, simply replace with a standard intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
