200001044 – The EVO 2 racing intercooler has the following network dimensions (520x210x150 / graduated 13,572 cm³) and therefore offers an inflow surface area that is 85% larger and a charge air volume that is 90% larger than the original intercooler. The high performance competition net is a high quality tubular fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. The original snap connections have been eliminated and the connection diameter at the inlet and outlet has been expanded to Ø70mm. Therefore the kit contains 2 reinforced silicone hoses. The EVO 2 intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of the BMW N54 and N55 engines. The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Kit completely ready for installation, assembly is carried out by replacing the standard intercooler and is easy to carry out. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. In order for our EVO 2 version to fit all specified vehicles, minor adjustment work must be carried out.
For vehicles with the M package, additional underbody trim adjustments are required.

The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 fits the following vehicles with N54 and N55 engines:
