We make a real tuning engine out of your TFSI (EA113) Just because you are into racing and want to experience the feeling, you don't have to be able to build a racing engine. We do that for you. Our entire racing know-how flows into our tuning engine, so that you only have to enjoy the pleasure of driving. You can drive carefree over 500 PS (368 kw) steadfast and install our racing engine simply Plug and Play instead of the old engine or let install. This is how your TSI engine becomes a TSI racing engine This is what happens to the engine block: The block is measured and drilled to the first oversize (83 mm). It is then honed, planned and painted in the color of your choice. The crankshaft is balanced, straightened and all bearing journals are polished. piston and conrod are measured and weighed. All weights are adjusted to each other. The auxiliary shafts are renewed. The running clearance and the ring clearance are adjusted. All parts are mounted. Of course we also take care of all bearing clearances. You have nothing more to do. Stage 1 Cylinder head: Improved exhaust ports CNC ported Valves in standard size Stage 2 Cylinder head: CNC machined exhaust ports Valves in +1mm oversize We install the following parts in the head: ARP head stud High-Boost Viton valve stem seals Our in-house valve spring kit with titanium spring retainers Our in-house intake valves Our in-house Nimonic exhaust valves MLS metal head gasket Camshafts measured, straightened and polished The engine is done in exchange and can be plug and play with our tuned engine.
