AIRTEC Motorsport induction kit for Honda Civic FK8 Type R

As part of our expanding Honda Civic FK8 Type R product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our induction kit suitable for track or fast road use.

Developed in-house at AIRTEC""s UK headquarters, we have created a complete solution to enhance the car""s original air intake system to allow greater flow, improving performance, response, sound and aesthetics within the engine bay.

Equipped with a larger 80mm intake hose to eliminate restrictions, the kit includes a high-quality silicone hose connector and a huge cotton air filter to replace the OEM air box.

To ensure the new air filter doesn""t suffer from problems absorbing heat from the confines of the engine compartment, a laser-cut heat shield protects the filter and provides a cover to ensure it channels only cool air from the front air intake.

The result is more power, better throttle response, greater induction noise and a nicer appearance of the engine compartment.

The kit is a direct replacement requiring no further drilling or cutting to fit and comes complete with all correct fixtures and fittings as well as detailed instructions.
