AIRTEC MOTORSPORT – RS3 8V INTERCOOLER PIPE KIT

Description

As part of our expanding Audi product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our widened cold side pipe kit for the RS3 8V kit for street or track use.

Designed to match our enlarged turbo elbow, our team of in-house design engineers created an enlarged piping kit to replace the entire cold side, from the intercooler down to the throttle body.

From the intercooler, our premium Pro Hoses silicone boost hose tapers from 70mm to maintain 80mm at the elbow, which equates to a 23% increase over stock piping. Our AIRTEC Motorsport cast aluminum replacement elbow is nearly 10% larger than standard and measures 85mm at its widest point, offering a significant improvement in flow and internal capacity. This improves throttle response and reduces restriction, which is critical for those chasing more power from their cars.

A direct replacement, the kit also features a CNC machined throttle spacer that incorporates a meth port if needed.

The kit comes with detailed assembly instructions and the complete package also includes replacement hoses, booster hoses, a new O-ring and all fixtures and fittings needed for installation.

Finished in powder coated black with a cast AIRTEC Motorsport logo, this upgraded cold side kit offers a great benefit for owners of modified RS3 8Vs.
