200001082 – EVO2 competition intercooler kit for Audi RSQ3 8U

The high-performance intercooler has the following mains dimensions (600 mm x 260 mm x 100 mm) and therefore offers an 87% larger inflow area and a 70% larger charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed racing performance mesh ensures that adjacent components, such as the water cooler, have sufficient airflow and is also very light. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized by flow analysis in the CAD system. With the help of the air deflectors integrated into the inlet, the intercooler is filled evenly. The result is excellent cooling properties with low back pressure. So this kit is perfect for racing. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new high-performance racing mesh, it weighs just 11.2 kg. Assembly takes place at the original fixing points and is easy to carry out (1:1 change). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! 66 mm inlet and outlet.
