The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new racing mesh (tubular fin) with the dimensions 590 mm x 170 mm x 100 mm (10.03 liters), which it was specially developed to meet the needs of the Suzuki Swift. This high-performance network therefore offers a 10% larger inflow area and a 98% larger network volume than the original intercooler.

The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations (for ideal internal air flow). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest back pressure. So this kit is perfect for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a notable increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, whereby a permanent and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. Assembly takes place at the original attachment points and is easy to carry out (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring.
