Increased fuel flow = greater reliability

The maximum OEM operating pressure of the EA888 Gen3 is 200 bar or just above.

At stock power levels, this is adequate for proper atomization and delivery of fuel mass into the cylinders. As power demands increase through tuning and hardware upgrades, the fuel system is pushed to its limits to deliver the required mass of fuel. With the VIS high pressure fuel pump, your tuner has the ability to increase fuel pressure levels beyond 240 bar!
