The competitive high-performance intercooler has the following network dimensions (550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm = 17,130 cm³) and thus offers a 134% larger inflow surface area and a 105% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high performance competition net is a high quality tubular fin net with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 9.5 kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system.
The connection diameters are Ø62 mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67 mm at the intercooler outlet.
The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible back pressure. Additionally, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready to install kit, simply replace with a standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
