200001132 – The high-performance intercooler has the following mains dimensions (610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm = 17,446 l) and therefore offers a 178% larger inflow surface area and a 158% larger charge air volume than the original intercooler. The high performance competition net is a high quality tubular fin net with internal turbulators. As a result, the weight of the intercooler, despite its size, is only 9.1 kg.

The die-cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow with the help of CFD simulations. An air duct integrated into the terminal box allows for homogeneous filling of the competition""s high-performance network. The connection diameter has been increased to Ø67mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has much lower back pressure than the standard intercooler.

In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This ensures permanent, optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is completely ready for installation, simply replace it with the standard intercooler.

Tested up to 6 bar and stable at pressure. All our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
