INTERCOOLER KIT by R2Z. Everything is made with great attention and precision, the welded elements are the so-called TIGIEM, T-6061 Aluminium.

The dimensions of the core itself:

• Width: 580 mm
• Height: 400 mm
• Thickness: 70 mm

Inlet/outlet: 66 mm

Our intercoolers were one of the few tested at 10 bar.

R2Z s intercoolers have an efficient COOL-TEC + core, walls made of the highest quality polished aluminum.

Other cores have less frequently arranged ribs, resulting in poor cooling, while COOL-TEC+ cores are made with finer sized ribs, which provides a significant improvement in cooling.
