AUDI A1-S1 8X1-8XK UPPER SUSPENSION ARM CAMBER ADJUSTMENT KIT (2.0 S1 TFSi and 2.0TFSiQUATTRO models only) This type of arm is used on the multilink rear suspension on many Volkswagen cars and derivative applications. Our set of arms has three main features that differentiate them from the standard ones: 1. They are adjustable to give the possibility of changing the camber angle. A more negative camber angle will certainly improve the vehicle""s handling, offering the possibility of bringing more tire surfaces into contact with the ground. The adjustment operation is very simple and can be performed without removing the arms. 2. They are fitted with motorsport grade spherical bearings on one side, and Powerflex Black 90 shore bushings on the other side. This solution is much stiffer than the standard one, increasing the stability of the vehicle and reducing unwanted suspension and consequently wheel movement. The result is a more precise suspension system that will improve vehicle handling. 3. The main arm structure was created from a billet of 6061 T6 aluminum alloy. The particular shape was designed and optimized using computerized FEM analysis. This provides the best rigidity-to-weight ratio. The components are finished in a beautiful anodised titanium colour.
