Max"", an integral and absolutely Made in Italy reinterpretation of the most famous Maxiscooter of the
Yamaha!

Monolithic double cylinder: in special alloy of
aluminium
silicon
copper, hardened and stabilized.
Barrels: with Cermetal coating (ni
ca
sil) worked with extreme
precision on latest generation machining centres.
Cross honed at 110/130.°
Forged pistons Ø 70 pin 16 with 3 segments: in special alloy of
aluminum (copper
silicon), hardened and tempered and tinned, shaped crown with
valve impression, racing design, reinforced and lightened, with
thicknesses constants.
Segments no. 3:

1st compression in chromed steel,
2nd oil scraper in phosphated steel,
3rd split in chromed steel with spring.


Increase in power of over 15%.
Extreme reliability.
Technology made in Italy.
Completely designed and produced in the Calderara di
Reno factories.
Personally supervised at every stage, from design to
production, by Malossi technicians, like all the products that bear
this brand.


The two-barrel monobloc with a dry and clean design created by Yamaha,
was customized by Malossi with significant measures and
updates that have allowed the bore to be significantly increased, without compromising the original mechanical and thermal balance.
The design of the pistons is completely particular, forged in a special
alloy, and designed to withstand the stress of use over long
journeys.
Nothing has been left to chance, from seals on the biconical pin
in super alloy steel and on the elastic band in chromed and
nitrided steel.
Every detail is a precious contribution so that this thermal unit
is truly exclusive: a product for a refined and
competent clientele!
